Es ist mir eine Ehre mitzuteilen, dass ich mit dem Kulturpreis des Landkreises Regen ausgezeichnet wurde. Mit dieser Auszeichnung werden „herausragende Leistungen auf kulturellem, künstlerischem und wissenschaftlichem Gebiet“ gewürdigt. Danke an alle!

I have the honor to announce that I was awarded the culture prize of the county of Regen. This award recognizes “outstanding achievements in the cultural, artistic and scientific fields.” Many thanks everyone!

 

Tom Riepl, exceptional guitarist from Regen, will receive the district’s culture award on Wednesday along with three other winners. Riepl has shaped the (Rock-) music scene in the county for decades, is a sought-after studio musician and columnist in music magazines – and after a long time abroad, he returned to his hometown of Regen a few years ago.
