Last weekend I had the honor to play as a guest with Oliver Rajamani & Band (Ludwig Himpsl, drums and Horst Lustenberger, bass) at their concert in the wonderful palace garden of Schloss Buchenau. Oliver Rajamani lives in Austin, Texas and is a world-renowned, award-winning Gypsy guitarist/multi-instrumentalist. He mixes traditional Indian music with Flamenco and Texas Americana. Although I’ve never played this specific style of music before, my playing style (deeply rooted in the Blues) fit perfectly into Oliver’s songs right away.
